1999-2001: Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa

Three-year varsity letter winner

Contributor to the 2000 Iowa Conference championship team that received an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III National Tournament

1996-1999: Des Moines Lincoln High School

Four-year varsity letter winner

Team captain as a senior in 1999

First Team All-CIML as a senior in 1999 (Defense)

Second Team All-CIML as a junior in 1998 (Forward)

Honorable Mention All-CIML as a sophomore in 1997 (Midfielder)

Began playing soccer in 1985 when at the age of 5. Continued to play every year after while growing up on the south side of Des Moines. Gradually moved up the club ranks and played for a handful of different programs in the Greater Des Moines area, including:

Iowa United (West Des Moines)

1998: Played in the Midwest Regional Championships in Cincinnati, Ohio

1997: Iowa State Cup Champions

Vision Soccer Academy (Waukee)

West Des Moines Soccer Club

Soccer South Soccer Club (Des Moines)

Personal:

Works as a communications specialist for the Iowa Grocery Industry Association
Resides in West Des Moines with wife, Lynlyn

Hobbies outside of soccer include spending time with family and friends, playing just about every other sport and boating.
