Speed, Agility & Quickness - soccer specific

Vision Soccer Academy SAQ is the only camp specific for soccer speed, agility and quickness training in Iowa!!

Vision Soccer Academy is holding a soccer specific Speed, Agility and Quickness Camp. This is the perfect opportunity to learn new techniques to make your son or daughter not only faster, but quicker, faster and agile without and with the ball. If the speed, agility and quickness techniques are not merged to work with the ball, then guess what? The athlete may be faster, but they will not be a better soccer player...so come out and do VSA's SAQ Camp.

You Will Learn:

• How to improve first step quickness
• Skills and techniques to drastically improve speed in any direction
• How to safely decelerate the body to allow for quick changes of direction
• Learn mobility & warm-up exercises to unlock the body allowing for more speed & agility
• Learn exercises to reduce the risk of injury (especially the dreaded knee injuries)
• Note that this camp will work well with the footwork and finishing camp for a more complete soccer player curriculum covering crucial technical and physical components.
• Ideally what is learned and acquired at the camps will in turn be reinforced and used as a foundation for further development throughout the year at the VSA Academy and Select Programs.
