Information

- IF you created an account for any player in Fall 2009 or Spring 2010, you can log in with your email and password. You'll be able to add new players if needed.

- IF you did NOT create an account in Fall 2009 or Spring 2010 and you have played with VSA since Fall 2008, you will need to go to NEW USERS and click "Create Account", even if you have played with us for may seasons.  You will be able to search for your player in the system and your information will be filled in automatically.

- If you have not played with VSA since Fall 2008, you will need to click "skip" during the first step of the account creation process to proceed.

You will be able to register for the following options:

• Recreational - Recreational teams that are focused on growth and development and teach the fundamentals of soccer in a fun environment with volunteer coaches.  This is for players between the age ranges of August 1, 1991 through July 31, 2006 (players must turn 4 by this date to play in this league).  Most divisions will have 1-2 practices and one game a week.  See our FAQ page for more information.

U06  -- $70
U08 and U10  --  $90
U12 - U19 --  $95

There is a $25 late fee added to all registrations after June 22, 2010.

• U09/U10 Academy - created by the Iowa Soccer Association that started in the fall of 2008. The program is open to all true U09 or U10 players but it is intended specifically for the physically and/or technically advanced player that has a higher level of interest and commitment to the sport.  For more information please see our Academy page or contact the Academy Director at academydirector@visionsocceracademy.com.

• Select Tryouts -  Please go to our Tryout page for more information.

• Select - This option is not available at this time.  Tryouts and a bid are required before registering for select soccer. Registration for Select Soccer will begin again Summer 2010. For players older than 10 (certain extraordinary conditions apply for players who are younger) that wish to be in a more structured environment with players of similar commitment levels, technical, and/or physical abilities.  Please see our Select page for more information.

Recreational Uniforms

Recreational Registration Fees do NOT include a uniform.  The U6 through U10 jersey is a forest and white reversible jersey with logos on both sides. U10 players will be able to request number customization on both sides of the jersey. U12 and up players use two uniform shirts; one jersey in forest with logo and number customization; one white t-shirt with logo and number customization. Please call Soccer Connections at 270-8141 by July 15th , 2010 to order uniforms for this season. All recreational players will also need to purchase black soccer shorts and socks. Order early to have by season start!! PLAYERS MUST WEAR SHIN GUARDS FOR PRACTICES AND GAMES.

Birth Certificates

A copy of the player's birth certificate is required for all NEW players to VSA.   Hospital and Baptismal Certificates are NOT ALLOWED.

If your child has NOT played with the club you will need to provide the birth certificate before we can put your child on a team. We have records of everyone who has played with the club for the last 4 years, you will not need to provide another birth certificate for your child.

  Family Max Information

Due to the way the registration system is set up, it cannot calculate and charge a Family Max of $200. If you have registered 3 or more of your children with the Vision Soccer Academy of Waukee, you may qualify for the Family Max of $200 (Academy players can apply $90/per season and Select players can apply $50/year towards the family max), please email Cathy at clubadministrator@visionsocceracademy.com.  She will confirm your status and request a Family Max Refund from our treasurer for you.

The Family Max does not apply to registrations completed after June 22, 2010.
