Copeland Recreation Complex Master Plan  The master plan is completed and has been approved by the Park Board and City Council. The next step entails funding for the complex. Our club believes partnering with the city of Waukee is essential to the future for not only our soccer club but also for all sports and recreation in Waukee and the surrounding communities.
