Sportsplex West

Saturdays - Dec 2, 9, 16; Jan 6, 13, 20, 27; Feb 3, 10, 17, 24; March 2nd

PRE-Academy: The VSA PRE-Academy program is a supplemental program for recreational U7s through U10s who are participating in recreational programming. PRE-Academy players receive one training a week for 6 weeks. The training emphasizes advanced dribbling skills, specifically 1v1 attacking skills. Players will gain knowledge and experience that will help them prepare for VSA's Academy program. Sessions are conducted by VSA's paid staff coaches who are educated to execute a specific curriculum.

Grasskickers: Get Your Kicks at Grasskickers! For all players 5U and 6U who would like to devote 45 minutes a week to learn new fundamental soccer skills while enhancing their appreciation for the sport. Sessions entail the supervision of experienced coaching staff as well as older VSA Select players. Staff are given a skill specific lesson plan and will engage the players in activities that will allow the players to demonstrate skill competency. 

Mighty Tikes: Start your child out right with MIGHTY TIKES! For all players 3 years old who would like to get a taste of soccer by attending 35 minute sessions for 6 weeks to gain motor and social skills as well as a fundamental relationship with the ball.

Winter Festival is an in-house opportunity for players to complement their winter training with games.

Players will sign up individually and then be placed on balanced teams.

Cost: $99

Winter U9/U10 Training is for boys and girls born in 2015 and 2014 who want extra skills training in a group environment coached by VSA's Select Staff Coaches.

Player Factory is our comprehensive player development program comprising technical, physical, cognitive, and tactical player development programs. 

Packages are sold in "tokens", each of which is equal to roughly a 30-minute session. Some of our program offerings will differ in token cost, which will be noted on the sign-up page. After purchasing your tokens on PlayMetrics, a link will be sent to you containing the sign-up links for each aspect of the program.
